Artemis Fowl has had a suspicion that there may be demons. One day, Artemis decided to test his theory. When he tested the theory, he discovered that demons are real because one almost took him to the island of Hybras, where the demons live, which is in limbo. In the last book Captain Holly Short, was upset with the new commander so she quit the LEPrecon. Holly was persuaded to join Section 8(with Foaly and Captain Vinyaya from the LEPrecon ) which was a demon watch. They almost couldn’t understand how Artemis had discovered demons. Almost. After knowing Artemis for more than a year they expected the unexpected with Artemis.
Artemis and Holly then find themselves in a whirlwind adventure to save the demons and their island from becoming lost in time and space. Will the gang get back in the right time zone? If not what will have happened the time they have been gone? Read the book to find out.

Artemis Fowl is back in Book 3. This time, Artemis has made a very genius, thing called the C cube. This thing is like a computer, except it is much more high-tech. Artemis stole technology from the fairies when he last visited them and he made the C Cube with the technology from the fairies. Artemis now needs the fairies’ help because Artemis showed an evil man named John Spiro who steals the C Cube. Since he has the C Cube he may be able to discover the fairies, so the LEPrecon have to help him get the C Cube back. The fairies are going to mesmer Artemis, Juliet, and Butler. Samantha is very excited about her bike,but she still feels scared to ride it a little. Then Uncle Gard asks Samantha if she feels up to go riding in the park. An old man stepped out of the carriage and announced to the people of Mount Eskel that the king’s son was now old enough to marry and that the priests had predicted that the bride of the prince’s was to come from mount Eskel. Since the bride was to come from Mount Eskel, there was to be a princess academy to train the”rough” mountain girls into fine young ladies fit for the prince. All girls ages twelve to seventeen had to go to the princess academy. Miri doesn’t like the princess academy because the teacher mistreats the girls. Then, something terrible happens. This book is about Kit’s wintertime. Kit has gotten a new coat and decided to give her old coat to the hobos. When Kit goes to the soup kitchen, she is shocked and instantly becomes filled with sympathy for the people in the soup kitchen, especially the children. The children have ill-fitting coats and their shoes have holes in them and some are no better than rags around their feet. Kit feels the need to help the children. Then Uncle Hendrick comes to their house because he has a broken arm and Kit gets a wonderful idea on how to help the poor children who are hobos. Read the book to find out what the great idea is.
